Step by step.

Measure

  1. Find a tool

New installations open Tools in List view. Search the catalog, open a tool or a mode, and use favorites and recents to return to it. The view menu can switch to Grid.

  2. Use the tool’s guide

Open the tool and follow its guide. Tools use their existing settings and saved-work destinations.

  3. Use the catalog’s Inclination meter

The Clinometer catalog route opens the reusable Inclination tool. It supports Edge, Back and Level, Lock, relative measurement, Target lock, calibration, remembered settings and Save to Records. Its setup pill opens unit and zero-mark choices; ⋮ contains applicable measurement actions.

Save

  1. Review saved work

The Saved tab opens Records, Gallery or Charts. Tool-specific libraries and logs remain inside their tools.

Each tool in Toolbox has its own guide.

Tips.

Pin regularly used tools as favorites and use recents to return after opening another task.

Use List for a compact catalog or switch to Grid in the view menu. The app remembers your chosen view.

Choose a specific mode from the catalog when that is the task you need; a tool opens with its own controls and saved preferences.

Opening a tool shows the live reading without recording. Use its explicit Start or Record action when you want a session.

Look in Saved for shared Records, Gallery and Charts; a tool with its own library or log keeps that history inside the tool.

The catalog disables tools whose required sensor is missing. Check the tool’s own guidance before expecting the same hardware features on another phone.

In Inclination, choose the placement and zero mark before calibrating, then Lock before lifting the phone away to read it.
